• Employing Open Space Technology – multiple offerings to contribute to meeting needs.

Distance Learning :
• 18 x fortnightly mentoring sessions with a certified trainer including individual assignments and feedback.
• 3 x 1.5 hr Teleclasses.

Supportive Relationships :
• Weekly 1 hr phone sessions with a practice/empathy buddy for support.
• Interactive online forum to receive support and share information amongst trainers and participants.
